Family Constellations

Weekend Workshop in New York City

Facilitated by Rita Gendelman

Saturday, February 28 & Sunday, March 1

This weekend is an invitation to witness how blind loyalty, entanglement, and inherited patterns have shaped your life—and how freedom becomes possible when the system is allowed to reorganize with truth and compassion.

Each of us is born into a web of relationship long before we understand it.

We carry memories in our DNA—experiences, emotions, and unresolved stories that did not begin with us, yet live on through our bodies, nervous systems, and relationships. At the same time, there is a soul longing to inhabit the body fully and a spirit seeking meaning, connection, and freedom.

Family Constellations offers a way to see how body, soul, and spirit are woven together through the family system.

In this two-day gathering, we explore how belonging shapes our lives—often in ways we cannot see:

Out of love, we take on roles that were never meant to be ours

$

We carry grief, responsibility, or exclusion for others

$

We remain loyally entangled in patterns that once ensured connection but now limit our ability to live freely

$

Love does not disappear in these systems—it often becomes stuck.

Through constellation work, these hidden dynamics can be gently revealed. When what was excluded is acknowledged, when order is restored, and when each person is seen in their rightful place, something profound occurs: love begins to move again.

Meet the Facilitator

Rita Gendelman

Rita Gendelman is a Soul Lineage Family Systems Practitioner who has been working with the modality of Family Constellations for over twelve years. Her work is rooted in the understanding that we are shaped not only by our personal experiences, but also by the unseen stories, losses, and loyalties carried through our family systems. Even when these stories are unspoken, they live in the body and the heart, influencing how we love, relate, protect ourselves, and move through life.

Through Family Constellations, Rita creates a safe, respectful field where hidden dynamics can gently come into view and restore movement, belonging, and order within the system. This work does not seek to fix or analyze, but rather to remember—to allow what was excluded, forgotten, or carried alone to find its rightful place, so life energy can flow again with greater ease.

Rita works with individuals and couples navigating profound and tender life experiences, including:

Divorce — supporting individuals and couples in moving through separation with more clarity, dignity, and grace

Parenting, with a special focus on Mother–Daughter dynamics — helping untangle inherited patterns while strengthening love and connection

Miscarriage & Abortion — honoring often-unspoken grief and restoring belonging to those who were lost

Mental illness, including depression and suicide — held with depth, sovereignty, and objectivity

Sensuality & Intimacy — cultivating deeper intimacy with self and other, and alignment between life force, heart, and spirit

At the heart of Rita’s work is a simple and lived truth:

"When the heart is open, there are no expectations. In that openness, we feel our union with all of life. And when we truly feel that union, we cannot cause harm—because another’s pain becomes our own.”

Rita’s presence is gentle, grounded, and deeply respectful of each person’s pace and dignity. Her work invites clients into a lived experience of belonging—where love can move freely again, and the soul lineage is remembered through the heart.
