Family Constellations

Weekend Workshop in New York City

Facilitated by Rita Gendelman with Richard Anton Diaz

September 11 - 13, 2026

There is a life force within each of us that naturally longs to move toward love, connection, vitality, and belonging.

Yet throughout life—and often across generations—that movement can become interrupted. Trauma, loss, exclusion, family burdens, and unconscious loyalties can quietly dim this inner vitality, shaping how we relate to ourselves, our families, our partners, our children, our work, and our sense of purpose.

Family Constellations offers a unique way of seeing these hidden dynamics.

Rather than focusing solely on the individual, this work reveals the larger family system in which we are embedded. It allows us to recognize the unseen patterns that may have been carried with love and loyalty for generations, often without our awareness.

When what has been forgotten, excluded, or left unresolved is given its rightful place, something profound begins to shift. Movement returns where there was once stagnation. What was frozen begins to soften. Life force becomes available again.

This work is not about fixing who you are.

It is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that were never touched by trauma—the place within that has always remained whole, alive, and deeply connected to life itself. From this place, we often discover greater freedom, clarity, and an increased capacity for intimacy, creativity, and authentic relationship.

Throughout the weekend we will explore themes such as:

this weekend offers an opportunity to encounter yourself and your family system with fresh eyes

Whether you are seeking healing, greater understanding, or simply feel called to explore the deeper forces shaping your life, this weekend offers an opportunity to encounter yourself and your family system with fresh eyes.

No previous experience with Family Constellations is necessary.

This workshop is open to both men and women. Through demonstrations, experiential exercises, and Family Constellations, participants will experience the wisdom of the systemic field and discover how healing often unfolds—not through force or analysis—but through seeing what has long been waiting to be seen, and allowing life to move once again.

Sometimes the greatest transformation comes not from becoming someone new, but from remembering the wholeness that has always been there.

Meet the Facilitator

Rita Gendelman

Rita Gendelman is a Soul Lineage Family Systems Practitioner who has been working with the modality of Family Constellations for over twelve years. Her work is rooted in the understanding that we are shaped not only by our personal experiences, but also by the unseen stories, losses, and loyalties carried through our family systems. Even when these stories are unspoken, they live in the body and the heart, influencing how we love, relate, protect ourselves, and move through life.

Through Family Constellations, Rita creates a safe, respectful field where hidden dynamics can gently come into view and restore movement, belonging, and order within the system. This work does not seek to fix or analyze, but rather to remember—to allow what was excluded, forgotten, or carried alone to find its rightful place, so life energy can flow again with greater ease.

Rita works with individuals and couples navigating profound and tender life experiences, including:

Divorce — supporting individuals and couples in moving through separation with more clarity, dignity, and grace

Parenting, with a special focus on Mother–Daughter dynamics — helping untangle inherited patterns while strengthening love and connection

Miscarriage & Abortion — honoring often-unspoken grief and restoring belonging to those who were lost

Mental illness, including depression and suicide — held with depth, sovereignty, and objectivity

Sensuality & Intimacy — cultivating deeper intimacy with self and other, and alignment between life force, heart, and spirit
