Group workshops create a shared container where women witness and hold one another. There is unique healing that happens when your story is seen not just by the facilitator, but by other women walking similar paths.
The Power of Gathering
When women gather with intention, something sacred happens. Individual stories weave into the larger tapestry of the feminine lineage, creating space for deeper healing that goes beyond what’s possible alone.
In a group workshop using Family Constellations, we work together in a field of collective witnessing. Whether you’re actively exploring your own constellation or holding space for another woman’s work, the entire group benefits. Patterns that have been hidden for generations can finally be seen, honored, and released.
There is medicine in knowing you’re not alone in what you carry—and that belonging itself becomes part of the healing.
What Happens in a Workshop
Each workshop runs 1-2 hours and centers around one participant’s constellation work. A volunteer shares what they’re carrying, and we create a constellation around their specific situation.
The beautiful truth: even if you’re not the one actively working, you benefit deeply. The patterns that emerge often mirror dynamics in other participants’ lives, creating ripples of healing throughout the entire group.
You don’t need prior experience. Whether this is your first time or you’re returning to the work, you’ll be held with care and respect.
